THE START OF SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL
This past year I was blessed with the opportunity to photograph my first few weddings. After being completely captivated by the entire experience I decided to reach out in hopes that one of my hundreds of Facebook friends would take a chance and allow me to capture them in a styled shoot, giving me the opportunity to work on my craft. What a blessing that Liz & Dylan were the first to set a date for the experience.
The predicted snow didn't scare Liz one bit, instead she was excited!
Sadly, the predicted snow never came but this beautiful couple, Danae & I trudged into the cold anyway.
...did we freeze? YES.
...was it worth it? also YES.
Watching their love for each other during this session was truly blissful.
They are fun, playful & respect each other completely.
We were all just about to pack up & leave when we learned that Liz and I are a special kind of crazy. Liz first took off into the water with me following shortly after. So there we were, on a freezing January afternoon, almost knee deep in freezing water heading to capture what we thought would be magical.
Once again leaving you to ask, was it worth it?
... YES!
Blessed that you two let us be a part of this memory. We left that day with not only a soaking wet pair of boots but hopefully a friendship that last a lifetime.
